STOCK DONATIONS
Great Basin K-9 SAR, Inc. is pleased to accept donations of publicly-traded securities. If you have owned a corporate or mutual fund stock for at least 12 months, and it’s appreciated in value, you can donate that stock to Great Basin K-9 SAR, Inc., a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, and deduct its full market value without paying any tax on the long-term capital gain.
If you transfer stock before December 31, you can claim the tax deduction on your tax return! We certainly recommend you check with your own tax advisor before making a gift of stock or securities.

Wander Project is harnessing the power of community to change the world. Through events, you can turn your passion into purpose when you choose a charity bib. This option allows you to raise funds and awareness for GBK9SAR when you choose us as the beneficiary for the following events: Vacation Races Grand Teton Half Marathon or 5K, Zion Half Marathon or the Lake Powell Marathon. Grand Teton Half & 5K
Possibly Vacation Races prettiest course ever....you'll run a flat, paved road over the Snake River and through scenic pastures. A peaceful, well-packed dirt road in the final miles leading up to a stunning reveal of the Grand Teton mountain range and a picture-perfect finish line.
Lake Powell Half Marathon
With stunning views of Lake Powell, the Vermillion Cliffs and red rocks all around- this fun course features a super runnable trail that even the newest trail runner will enjoy!
Zion Half Marathon
Run the beautiful road to Zion. This course is a challenging but incredibly beautiful steady climb towards the mouth of main Zion Canyon. Chase the sunrise over The Watchman and come run below the vibrant cliffs. Don't miss this chance to run in the desert and end in the lovely town of Springdale.
